Ingredients

Chicken Breasts: Boneless and skinless. Medium or large size chicken breast fillets can be used but try and use the ones that are similar in size.

Make the seasoning: In a small bowl, mix the paprika, pepper, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, brown sugar, and salt.

Season: Pat the chicken breast pieces dry, lightly brush all sides with olive oil, then add seasoning. Sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken pieces making sure to properly coat all parts.

Bake: Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish or tray, put the baking tray in the oven, and bake the chicken for 20 – 25 minutes at a temperature of 200C or till the skin is golden brown and inside cooked.
