You can season diced chicken with salt and pepper only however, I like to use more than that to get maximum flavor and chicken that looks as good as they taste. I use a mix of smoked paprika, dried parsley, pepper, onion, and garlic granules for this post. You can use any other dry rubs or even marinade.
Some seasoning and marinades I like to use at different times to switch up the taste each time are Chicken breast marinade, Chicken breast seasoning, Orange Juice chicken marinade, Fajita seasoning, and Italian seasoning.

Boneless chicken Breast or Boneless chicken thighs.
Paprika - I like to use smoked Paprika for that smoky flavor however you can use regular Paprika.
Onion granules- You can substitute for onion powder.
Garlic granules - You can substitute for garlic powder.
Black pepper or Cayenne pepper.
Salt
Oil - For pan frying the chicken
Butter - This is optional
Minced garlic - Optional
Parsley- Optional - For garnishing.
How To Cook Chicken Pieces In A Pan
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
Cut into bite-sized cubes of 1-1.5 inches.
Add to a bowl then add the paprika, parsley, onion granules, garlic granules, and salt.
Mix till well combined.
Place a pan on the stove on medium heat.
Add oil to the pan and when heated, add in the seasoned chicken pieces.
Let it fry for 2-3 minutes then turn them to fry the other sides for another 2-3 minutes or until cooked through.
Add in the butter and minced garlic, and toss the chicken in it for a minute.
Garnish with parsley (Optional)
Take it off heat and serve juicy diced chicken.
How Long To Cook Chicken Pieces In A Pan

Typically, it takes 4- 6 minutes to cook bite-sized chicken pieces in a pan at medium heat.
They are cooked when tender and juicy, the inside is no longer pink, and the juice runs clear. You can cut into one the pieces to check this. Also, it should be cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165F. Check the internal temperature using a meat thermometer.
