How To Make Chicken Breast Marinade

First, measure out all the ingredients.

Add the ingredients- paprika, parsley, garlic powder, onion granules, oregano, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper into a bowl.

How To Marinate Chicken Breast

To marinate chicken breast, first, defrost the chicken and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Add the marinade and chicken breasts in a bowl then rub the marinade all over the chicken breasts ensuring they are well covered in the marinade.

Cover the bowl with clingfilm, or put the marinated chicken in a Ziploc then put in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes up to 6 hours.

Do not marinate it for more than 24 hours.

How Long To Marinate Chicken breast

It’s best to marinate chicken breast for a minimum of 30 minutes up to 6 hours in the fridge. The longer it’s marinated the more time it gets to tenderize and absorb the flavors however marinating it for too long can break down the proteins and make it tough so don’t marinate for more than the recommended hours.

Before baking, grilling, or frying the chicken, bring them out of the fridge a few minutes earlier to get them to room temperature before cooking.
