Great receipe and very easy! Did them twice in two weeks already. Great for bbq!
Thank you! Appreciate the feedback.
Would like to know the measurements for the cumin as it is not on the recipe card
Ditto on missing cumin and its measurements on the recipe card
Thank you for calling my attention to it. I've edited to include.
Made this recipe for my family, everyone loved the wings. What a great marinade!
I’ve never made wings from scratch but this was really easy. It was a hit with everyone
I've made this recipe 5 or 6 times, sometimes I change up the ingredients a bit, to make it spicier, but it is VERY forgiving. I like it with the cumin added. Just did a double batch last night. Every time, they are the best wings I've ever had, I just grill with salt and pepper when done. I've even let sit for 4 days in the fridge, and it was still good. It is better than almost all other recipes. I DO USE FRESH GARLIC Iinstead of powder, and toasted sesame oil for the olive oil. I microwave the marinade to wake up the spices for 25 seconds before I mix. You can't go wrong.
Thank you for the feedback 🙂
I don't see a quantity for salt. Does it need any since there is also soy sauce in the recipe? If so, how much? Thanks!
I made this and marinated my wings for 15hrs, then added 1tbsp of baking powder, 2tbsp of flour, mixed it real good, and fried them. They were so crispy and juicy 10/10 recommend!
Commenting again because it didn’t show my rating and you deserve 5 stars for this!
