Is Chicken strips the same as chicken tenders
Chicken breast strips are different from chicken tenderloins. Chicken strips and tenderloins are used interchangeably however they are not the same thing. Tenderloins are cut from the area under the chicken breast and are a more tender cut than chicken breast. While chicken strips are cut from boneless chicken breast. Cutting chicken breast into slices makes them chicken strips or chicken fingers. Tenderloins are usually more expensive than strips. This recipe works well with chicken tenderloins as well.

Chicken breasts- I cut boneless chicken breasts into strips. You can use chicken tenders if that's what you have.
Paprika- I like the subtle smokey taste of smoked paprika however you can use any type of paprika be it sweet or smoky paprika.
Italian seasoning- This is a mix of parsley, oregano, thyme, and some other herbs. It makes the chicken aromatic and flavorful. A little goes a long way.
Onion granules- This makes the chicken smell and taste amazing. If you don't have onion granules, use onion powder instead.
Garlic granules - If you don't have garlic granules, use garlic powder instead.
Black pepper - This can be substituted for cayenne pepper.
Salt
Olive oil- You can use vegetable or sunflower oil if olive oil is unavailable.
