After mixing the marinade, apply on the chicken and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cooking it.

Clean the chicken, and pat dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, add the lemon juice, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, and salt. Mix till well combined.

Put the chicken breasts in a Ziploc, or bowl, then pour the marinade on the chicken. Rub the marinade all over the chicken breast ensuring it's covered with it.

Put the chicken in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
Bring out the chicken then arrange them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Set the air fryer to a temperature of 360F/180C and air fry the chicken breast for 10 minutes on each side or till cooked through.

Bring out of the air fryer and serve.

Check the internal temperature with an instant thermometer. Chicken is cooked when an instant thermometer inserted reads at least 164F, the inside of the chicken is no longer pink, and the juice runs clear.
