The best chicken breast marinade recipe! This marinade for chicken is easy and quick to make taking only 5 minutes or less to put together. The chicken marinade is packed full of flavor, tenderizes the chicken, and makes it juicy, and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar or Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Parsley or any other herb
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder or granules
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper or Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • First, measure out all the ingredients.
  • Add the ingredients- paprika, parsley, garlic powder, onion granules, oregano, soy sauce, Worcester sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper into a bowl. 
    Mix all the ingredients till well combined.
  • Chicken breast marinade is ready for use.

Notes

This quantity will be enough to marinate 1kg (2lb) chicken breasts.
Tips
  • Black pepper can be substituted for cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
  • The marinade can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for 24 hours or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • Marinate chicken breasts for at least 30 minutes to get them infused with the flavors.
  • If using frozen chicken breasts, fully thaw them before marinating.
