    This chicken bites recipe is quick and comes together in less than 15 minutes making it a recipe for when time is of the essence and you need to put a delicious meal on the table on time.

    The diced chicken pieces are juicy, tender, packed full of flavor, and healthy. They are high in protein, low in carb, and perfect for meal planning, dinner, appetizers, or as a side dish.

    Think of this delicious diced chicken bites no breading as nuggets without the extra calories of the breading (panko, eggs, etc). Guilt free and yum!

    How To Cube Chicken Breast

    Here's how to cube chicken for chicken bites:

    Clean the chicken and pat it dry with a paper towel.

    Place the chicken breast on a chopping board with the smooth side facing up.

    Use a chef knife to cut the chicken against the grain into straight, equal strips between 1 and 1.5 inches wide, depending on the desired size then cut the strips into cubes.

    Here's how to cook chicken bites:

    Clean the chicken, and pat them dry with paper towels.

    Cut the chicken breast into cubed bite sizes.

    Add the chicken cubes into a bowl, then add in paprika, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, and lemon juice.

    Mix till all well combined.

    Cover the bowl with clingfilm, put it in the fridge and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

    Bring out the marinated chicken.

    Place a skillet on the stove on medium heat.

    Add in vegetable oil. When heated, add in the chicken cubes.

    When cooked, add in the garlic butter, or any sauce of your choice (if using), stir with the diced chicken for a minute.

    Take the skillet off the stove top, and serve.

    Chicken Bites In The Oven

    Cut the chicken into cubed bite sizes.

    Add the chicken cubes into a bowl, then add in the paprika, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix till well combined.

    Cover the bowl with clingfilm, put it in the fridge and let it marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

    Bring out the marinated chicken bites and spread on a baking tray.

    Put in the oven and bake at a temperature of 200C/400F for 10 -15 minutes or till tender inside.

    Bring out, serve and enjoy.

    Leave the chicken to cool before packing them in an airtight container, or Ziploc bag then store them in the fridge where it'll be preserved for up to 3 days.

    • 1 kg (2lb) Boneless Chicken breast or chicken thighs
    • ½ tablespoon Paprika
    • 1 teaspoon Parsley
    • ½ teaspoon Dried thyme
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
    • ½ teaspoon Onion granules
    • ½ teaspoon Black pepper or to taste
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice optional
    • 2 tablespoons Oil olive, vegetable, or sunflower oil
    • 2 tablespoons Garlic butter or any sauce of choice Optional

    Instructions
     

    • Clean the chicken, and pat them dry with paper towels.
      Cut the chicken breast into cubed bite size.
    • Add the chicken cubes into a bowl, then add the paprika, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix till all well combined.
