Chicken- I used boneless chicken breast for this post
You can use bone in chicken breast, boneless chicken thighs, or any other chicken parts however cooking time will vary.
Buffalo sauce- Use any good brand of Buffalo sauce or make yours at home.
Paprika- I use smoked Paprika but you can use the regular one in the absence of smoked Paprika.
Onion granules- Can be substituted for onion powder.
Garlic granules- You can substitute for garlic powder
Dried Parsley
Dried thyme
Paprika- I like to use smoked paprika.
Salt
Olive oil - This can be substituted for sunflower or vegetable oil.

How To Grill Buffalo Chicken
Here's a step by-step of how to make grilled buffalo chicken:
Preheat the grill.
Mix onion granules, garlic granules, parsley, paprika, thyme, olive oil, salt, and some of the Buffalo sauce to make the marinade.
Apply the buffalo chicken marinade all over the chicken breasts.

Grill the chicken on each side till it's cooked through tender inside, and the internal temperature is at least 165F. This takes about 5-6 minutes on each side.
Baste with some more of the Buffalo sauce while grilling. After it's cooked, you can brush with more of the sauce (use as much as you like).
Rest the chicken for 5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.

You can make grilled buffalo chicken on the stove without using the outdoor grill. You'll need a griddle pan to make this and get the lovely charred lines.
Place the grill pan on the stove, add oil, and heat.
When the oil is heated, add the buffalo marinated chicken in a single layer and cook each side until cooked through. This takes about 4-6 minutes per side.

How To Store

If you require it stored for longer then it's best to keep it in the freezer.
Put it in a zip lock or freezer-safe airtight container, label it, and store it in the fridge where it will keep well for up to 3 months.
REHEATING
Reheat Buffalo chicken on the grill, in the air fryer, oven, or microwave.
To reheat on the grill - Oil the grill grates, or pan, arrange the chicken on the grill, and cook on low heat till warmed through. Flip the chicken to warm all sides. Baste with more Buffalo sauce while reheating and serve with some dipping sauce if you wish.
