I used my 5.5 liters air fryer to make this and it fitted at least 10 mini sausage rolls. You can make it in batches if your air fryer isn't big enough to go at once.

Ingredients
Flour

How To Cook Sausage Rolls in Air Fryer
First, make the shortcrust pastry - Add flour and nutmeg into a bowl, mix it then add butter into the bowl. Mix till it is crumblike in texture then add in the egg yolk and water. Mix till well combined and form a pastry.
Wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Remove the sausages from their casing. Put in a bowl, add in black pepper, and chicken seasoning, then mix it together till well combined.
Place the pastry on a clean worktop, roll it out and cut it into a long rectangular shape.
Put the sausage filling in a straight line on the pastry.
Lightly brush one of the edges of the pastry with the egg white or water, then seal shut.
Use a crimp, fork, or fingers to seal the edges as shown below
Cut into size. Repeat till pastry and filling are used up.
Place air fryer parchment paper in the air fryer basket or lightly butter then dust the air fryer basket lightly with flour (this is so the sausage rolls don't stick to the basket).
Make cuts on top of the rolls and brush with the egg white.
Air fry sausage rolls at a temperature of 170C/ 340F for 10-15 minutes.
Bring out the air fryer basket, leave the sausages to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.

For pre-rolled and frozen sausage rolls, you should remove all wrappings and packaging then arrange the sausage rolls in the air fryer basket.
You can either line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or brush with butter then lightly dust with flour.
Air fry frozen sausage rolls from frozen for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 170C/340F.
Bring the air fryer basket out, rest the sausage rolls for 5 minutes then serve.
