How To Roast Chicken
Start by dabbing the entire chicken with a kitchen towel to dry it. Remove any giblets in the chicken cavity if any.
Put oregano, parsley, thyme, black pepper, salt, paprika, butter, and garlic powder into a small bowl. Mix until it is a fine paste. This will be your chicken marinade.
