Pat the chicken breast pieces dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, add the flour, half of the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix together till well combined.
In a separate bowl, add the buttermilk and the remaining half of the onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt.
Dip each chicken breast in the buttermilk mix, then dip in the flour mix to get all the parts dredged in flour.
Place a chip pan or deep pot on a stove on medium heat. Add vegetable oil (enough to immerse the chicken) into the pot and heat. When it's heated to about 350F/175C, gently put the chicken breast pieces inside. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked inside.You will know it's cooked when there is no pinkiness in the middle and when a thermometer inserted at the thickest part reads not less than 165F/74C.
Take out the fried chicken from the oil and put it on a plate.Rest it for 5 minutes before serving.

Add the seasoning to the chicken breasts and rub till well covered. Put a chip pan or deep pot on the stove.
Add oil into it to be at least 2 inches deep. Heat the oil on medium heat to a temperature of 350F.
Add in the seasoned chicken breast and fry till it's golden brown and cooked inside.
