1 tablespoon Soy sauce 1.5 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 cup Ketchup 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar 1/4 teaspoon Garlic granules Optional
In a bowl, add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and sugar.
Use a spoon or whisk to mix until everything has combined and you have a reddish-brown sauce.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one month, or in the freezer for up to six months.
If you want a bigger kick to the sauce, add a small amount of Dijon mustard, chilli flakes, and or mirin (Japanese rice wine) for some heat.
You can add pepper for a spicy kick.
