Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb (500g) Chicken breast
  • cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon each Dried Parsley and dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Onion granules
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic granules
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill.
  • Mix onion granules, garlic granules, parsley, paprika, thyme, olive oil, salt, and half of the Buffalo sauce to make the marinade.
  • Apply the buffalo chicken marinade all over the chicken breasts.
  • Grill the chicken on each side till it's cooked through tender inside, and the internal temperature is at least 165F. This takes about 5-6 minutes on each side.
    Baste with some more of the remaining Buffalo sauce while grilling. After it's cooked, you can serve with more buffalo sauce.
  • Rest the chicken for few minutes.
    Serve and enjoy.

Stovetop Grilled Buffalo Chicken

  • You can make grilled buffalo chicken on the stove without using the outdoor grill. You'll need a griddle pan to make this and get the lovely charred lines.
    Place the grill pan on the stove, add oil, and heat.
    When the oil is heated, add the buffalo marinated chicken in a single layer and cook each side until cooked through. This takes about 4-6 minutes per side.

Notes

  • You can add any other herb to the seasoning. Dried thyme, oregano, and rosemary are herbs that go well with chicken.
  • Adjust the pepper level to your preference.
  • You can double or triple the recipe and freeze some for later. Grilled chicken breast comes in handy for making sandwiches, burgers, and wraps.
  • Cook chicken till the inside is no longer pink and the internal temperature is at least 165F.
  • Discard leftover sauce that has come in contact with raw chicken to avoid food poisoning.
  • Cooking time will vary depending on if using boneless or bone-in chicken breasts. Adjust accordingly.
  • Leftover Buffalo chicken can be used in pasta dishes and other recipes.
