First make the marinade by adding the buttermilk, onion granules, garlic granules, pepper, salt, and olive oil. Mix till well combined.
Pat the chicken breast dry and transfer it to a Ziploc or a bowl.
Add the Buttermilk marinade to the Ziploc or bowl and gently massage in the marinade to cover all sides with the marinade.
