To Cook On The Stove
Put a griddle or skillet on stove, brush with oil, and put on medium heat.Add in the chicken sticks and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes each. Total of 6-8 minutes.
Notes
Try to cut the chicken into equal sizes so they cook evenly.
Always wash hands after handling raw meat.
Don't use unwashed same utensil that has touched raw meat for cooked food.
You can substitute black pepper for hot sauce. Use as much hot sauce as you prefer.
Soaking the skewers in water for at least half an hour helps prevent the skewers from burning during cooking.
If cooking them in the air fryer, you might have to cut the skewers. Measure the sticks in the air fryer and cut accordingly so they fit in.
Don't overcrowd the grill, baking tray, or air fryer. If they don't at once you can cook them in batches.
For extra stickiness, you can baste the chicken with teriyaki sauce during cooking.
Avoid overcooking the chicken so it doesn't dry out.
