Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • ½ tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • ½ tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion granules
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper pepper or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar optional

    Dry the mixing bowl and measuring spoons.
  • Measure all the ingredients into the bowl. Mix till well combined.
    For a smooth blend, pour the mix into a dry mill and blend (This step is optional and not necessary but it makes the mix well combined and gives a smoother texture).
  • Label and store in an airtight spice jar or container.

Notes

  • Dry all tools before use.
  • Adjust the cayenne pepper to suit your taste. If you want the blend to be spicy, add a bit more.
  • Store seasoning in an airtight container and also keep away from sunlight.
