How To Reheat Chicken

Learn how to reheat chicken in the oven, air fryer, microwave, or stovetop. This post will show you the best way of reheating chicken without drying it out so they remain moist and tender inside, and crispy on the outside.

  • 4 pieces Chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Water


  • Preheat oven to a temperature of 180C/380Fdegrees.
    Arrange the chicken pieces on a baking tray in a single layer. Don't overlap and don't crowd the pan. 
  • Sprinkle the chicken with a few tablespoons of water.
    Put the tray in the oven and reheat chicken for 5-10 minutes, or until they are warmed through and a meat thermometer inserted in the meatiest part reads 165F.
  • Remove the tray from the oven. If tossing in sauce, add chicken into a bowl, add sauce, and toss until they are all thoroughly coated.
  • Serve and enjoy.
