Preheat oven to a temperature of 180C/380Fdegrees.Arrange the chicken pieces on a baking tray in a single layer. Don't overlap and don't crowd the pan.
Sprinkle the chicken with a few tablespoons of water.Put the tray in the oven and reheat chicken for 5-10 minutes, or until they are warmed through and a meat thermometer inserted in the meatiest part reads 165F.
Remove the tray from the oven. If tossing in sauce, add chicken into a bowl, add sauce, and toss until they are all thoroughly coated.
