Ingredients
  

  • 3 pieces Chicken breast
  • 1.5 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper or Cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken dry using a clean paper towel.
  • Brush the chicken breasts with oil.
    In a bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, cayenne or black pepper, rosemary, and salt.
  • Add the seasoning to the chicken. Make sure that you cover the chicken breasts entirely.
  • Arrange the seasoned chicken pieces in the air fryer basket.
  • Set air fryer to a temperature of 180C/360F and air fry boneless chicken breasts pieces for 20 minutes.
    After about 10 minutes of the cooking time has passed, flip the breasts with a tong so that they can continue cooking on that side.
  • Bring out the chicken, let it rest for 5 minutes, then serve it.

Notes

  • If you have time to let the chicken marinate, add the seasonings and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or more up to 12 hours. This will help to infuse more flavor.
  • Adjust the pepper according to your taste.
  • You can use any of your favorite spice rub to season the chicken.
  • To flip the chicken breasts, use a long tong that makes them quick to grab and flip. That saves you from burning your arm or having to stick your hand in the basket entirely.
  • Cooking time depends on factors such as the thickness and size of the chicken. If using smaller pieces, check after 10 minutes of cooking time.
