Whole Chicken Marinade Recipe
The best whole chicken marinade recipe that's easy, quick, and takes just 5 minutes to put together. This chicken marinade makes chicken flavorful, tender, juicy, and delicious. You can also use it on chicken breast, legs, wings, or even turkey.
½ tablespoon Paprika 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme 1 tablespoon Parsley Chopped 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano ½ teaspoon Garlic powder ½ teaspoon Onion granules ½ teaspoon Black pepper 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Soy sauce 2 tablespoons Olive oil Salt to taste
Measure out all the ingredients. Add the paprika, parsley, garlic granules, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and black pepper into a bowl. Mix it well. Add in the soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix everything till well combined. It's ready to apply on Chicken.
It can be made ahead and stored for up to 24 hours.
Substitute dried herbs for fresh if that's what you have.
Marinate whole chicken for at least 4 hours to properly infuse flavor and tenderise the meat.
Thaw the chicken before you marinate it.
