Simple chicken seasoning recipe made with few pantry ingredients to give you the best chicken dishes. This all purpose seasoning blend is easy to make, packed full of flavor, and can be used on chicken thighs, chicken breasts, wings, legs, and whole bird.
Dry a small bowl and spoon. Add all the ingredients into the bowl and mix till well combined.
Pour the mix into a dry mill and blend (This is not neccessary but it makes the mix well combined and gives smoother texture).
It's ready to use and store.
Notes
Dry the tools before use because this is a dry rub and you want to keep it dry so as to safely store it for use. If it is wet, it might get mouldy and unsafe to use.
Adjust pepper to taste. If you like it hotter, add more pepper and if you find the quantity of the pepper overwhelming, reduce it.
You can substitute the black pepper for cayenne pepper or chilli pepper flakes.
It's perfect as it is but if there are any other herbs you like in your seasoning you can add your favorite herb or spice into the mix.
