Instructions
Clean the chicken, and pat dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, add the lemon juice, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, and salt. Mix till well combined.
Put the chicken breasts in a Ziploc, or bowl, then pour the marinade on the chicken. Rub the marinade all over the chicken breast ensuring it's covered with it.Put the chicken in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
Bring out the chicken and arrange them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Set the air fryer to a temperature of 360F/180C and air fry the chicken breast for 10 minutes on each side or till cooked through.
When cooked, bring out of the air fryer and serve.
Notes
Use a similar size of chicken breast.
Adjust pepper according to preference.
It's best to marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
Don't reuse marinade that has already come in contact with the chicken. Discard any marinade that has come into contact with the chicken.
You can use any other good marinade such as chicken breast marinade, lemon pepper, buffalo, etc.
Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer and don't overcrowd. Don't stack them. If need be cook in batches.
