1teaspoonParsley

1teaspoonPaprika
1teaspoonGarlic powder

Instructions
Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes to an hour. If using metal skewers, no need to soak them.
In a small bowl, add the paprika, parsley, black pepper, dried thyme, garlic powder, lemon juice, olive oil, and onion granules. Mix till well combined.
Pat the chicken dry and cut into bite size cubes.Wash and cut the pepper and onion into cubes. Let the size of the chicken pieces be chunkier than the peppers and onion.
Add the chicken, pepper, onion, and marinade in a bowl. Mix till all well combined.
Thread the seasoned chicken, onions, and peppers on skewers alternating them. Don't overfill the skewers.
Place a griddle pan on medium heat. Brush with oil.Place the skewers on the griddle and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning the sides at 2-3 minutes intervals until cooked through and the chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
Take the pan off the heat and serve chicken kebabs.
