In a small bowl, mix the paprika, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, black pepper, salt.
Apply the seasoning all over the chicken wings ensuring all parts are covered.
Add a cup of water into the pot of the instant pot, then put the trivet inside the pot. Put the seasoned frozen wings on the trivet then cover the instant pot with its lid.
Turn the lid valve into a sealing position. Set instant pot to manual pressure cook on high for 10 minutes. After this time, do 5 minutes natural release.
